By engaging FoundOnline for website design, SEO, or related services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before proceeding.

Services

We provide website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and AI voice agent services. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Setup fees are due on project start. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on the same date each month. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Cancellation

Monthly retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of launch. After that, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Ownership

Upon full payment of all amounts due, you own the website content and design. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Liability

We cannot guarantee specific search rankings or lead volumes — search engines change their algorithms independently. We commit to applying industry best practices and our full professional effort.
